Tonight we tried out the pasta maker attachment that I got for Christmas with my Kitchen Aid mixer. I have to say that it worked like a charm. We used the recipe book that came with the pasta maker and the pasta turned out great the first time. I have to admit that this is the first fresh pasta that Martin and I have ever made. It was such a success that we are planning macaroni and lasagna noodles next.
Martin handled the drying process after I made the noodles. Below you see the cooked results being dished up. We had some good home made marinara sauce that we used with the pasta.
Great meal, I can't wait to try something else!
