I received a ground bird feeder for Christmas and went out and bought seed for it today. It took about 4 hours for the Chickadees to discover it and start feeding. I apologize for the darkness of the photo, but I was shooting from inside the house at dusk.
My sister Maxine came over today for our Christmas celebration. She was in Seattle at my nephew Paul's for a week so she could celebrate her grand daughter Ann's 4th birthday and spend Christmas there. Martin and I decided to delay our Christmas feast until today since we knew she was coming for dinner, so we cooked another Turkey breast and did all the trimmings. This little film is when Maxine was attempting to open her Christmas gift from us.
