Going into 2021

2021 Started out with a lot of rainy weather, but occasional beautiful moments  This picture was taken early morning from a neighbors house across the street from us.  A rare day when at least a little bit of Mt. Hood was showing through the clouds.

Our biggest news so far this year was are eligibility for the COVID Vaccine.  Even though we were eligible, it took several days of constantly being on the internet and phone, before we finally got our first shot at Kaiser. We have our second one scheduled for early march

And Finally February is giving us a taste of real winter weather.  We've had our bird feeders up for a month or so because of bird salmonella,  but because of a heavy snow forecast Marlene scrubbed them all out and re-hung them just while the snow is on the ground.  The birds and the squirrels were very happy.

And on February 12th we had our first real snow fall.  The girls had forgotten what snow was, but they soon remembered and enjoyed it for a while until they started to get too cold.

And Marlene is always prepared for any weather.
