Sailor was all situated in the back of the van we finally headed out for Caldwell Idaho about 10 on Saturday morning. We stopped about every hundred miles to give Sailor and us a break from the monotony of the drive. Below is Sailor and Martin in a park in downtown Pendleton Oregon.
Here are Sailor and I in a park in downtown Baker City. Sailor was quite the celebrity in Baker City. He got to meet at least twenty kids!
Finally, on Sunday morning we made it to Loisann's. Below you see Cina waiting by the door, she is not too sure about all of this. Somehow I think she knew that today was going to be a big day for her.
She and her sisters managed to have a good play with a stuffed snake before we left.
I managed to get licked everywhere by the adult wolfhounds in the house who seemed very pleased to meet me!
We stopped in La Grande on our way home and Martin's mom and Ray met us at a park so they could see the puppy.
Cina is a total lap dog and she loves to have her tummy rubbed. I wonder how much longer that I will be able to hold her like this.
We made it home around 6pm tonight. Clothes are unpacked and the washer is going. All three dogs have been fed and Cina is sleeping at my feet. She is really a smart girl, I can't wait for her to teach us everything she knows!
