Martin's mom, Penny came over from Enterprise on Thursday night and spent the weekend with us. She hitched a ride with a friend of her's who was coming over to Portland to visit her 2 week old grand daughter. On Friday, I took her out for a bit of shopping then Rob, Molly and the kids came over for pizza. Penny enjoyed spending the time with her great grand children and grandchildren. Besides visiting with Molly she was able to see April who stopped over on Saturday with her Dad. We capped Saturday night off with a trip over to my sister's and a visit wth her son and his family to celebrate my sister's birthday. The dogs were hysterically happy to have Penny here. They lost sleep in watching her every move. We dropped her off this morning to hitch a ride back to Enterprise, then swung by my sister's to pick her up and take her out to brunch for more birthday celebrating. The dogs are exhausted and so are we, after some grocery shopping we are hunkered down for the evening!
