Restful Day at Sea

Our first full day at sea today on our way to Halifax....and it was a pretty lazy day. We slept well...our cabin is dark as a cave since it is an inside cabin without any windows..so that combined with the gentle rocking of the ship made for a good nights sleep. Had a good breakfast in the main dinning room and then a little slot machine action in the casino, a walk around the deck, a little practice golf in the golfing cage (picture above of Marlene) and then it was time for lunch! Back to the library for an hour or so of reading, and then on to Bingo...didn't win anything however, and then...dinner! We ended the day with a great show of 70's music, and great dancing and singing in the main theater here. Tomorrow it's up early, for a tour of Halifax on a double decker bus. When we got back to our cabin to night we were greeted by the traditional towel animal...some kind of big bird... That's all for today.
